Witness description:
“18 Objects appeared at Water level approximately 50′ off Shore. At first We thought it was a flock of birds, but they looked like small drones with a white pulsating aura about them. They proceeded in a Northerly Direction, continuing to gain Altitude. They moved in unison as a pod but independently of each other, with an occasional flash of white light. They drifted North and at last peak They appeared to be at least 10000ft (3.05 km) of Elevation and rising…”
