“We were at the rock of Inca origin in the area at about 1650 meters above sea level on the edge of Cerro Minillas, we stopped to eat something and sat down. At this point we saw that a white light was slowly descending from the edge of the Tarapaca. It was incongruous because it was broad daylight, approximately 4:00 p.m. Then the phenomenon gradually approached us since the charango began to sound (at least it was coincidental) and we could see that it was an energy sphere that oscillated between yellow, red and green light that had three concentric rings of equal size.
We observed all this until it disappeared from our sight, then we went down to 1200 meters and it is already getting dark, and we could see three lights that were rotating describing a ring, these were the same lights of the sphere, there we noticed it was the same phenomenon but now it is not seen as sphere. It spent a long time flying over a few houses in the sector, we got late, it started to get very cold, and we had to leave. For me, the time passed quite quickly compared to what we live, of course this last assessment may be subjective.”
