Witness Description:
“This was in Eastern KY on Dec 26, 2019. At 1:41 there is something else going by the light that I didn’t see when videoing and it wasn’t a commercial aircraft. Planes are unmistakable with the red and clear flashing light, even more so than this. I thought I caught glimpses of other tiny lights around the main light after watching the video closely. Not all the time but mostly during the first 2 minutes.”
