Triangular UFO hovering over Texas.

This UFO sighting was filmed over El Paso, Texas. 04/04/2019.
The author of this video watched this craft hovering pretty low to the ground.
The video shows how low it was to the ground. Then it slowly took off in a straight line path, the lights ebbing and sometimes disappearing.
