In April 1978, after their return from a 16-day trip to the Soviet Union, two ‘National Enquirer’ journalists told their dramatic story of an incredible UFO attack, on the northern Russian city of Petrozavodsk
During the attack, the UFO was said to have hovered, bombarding the city with ray beams which bored holes in windows and paving blocks. Shortly afterwards, the Soviet Government clamped a shroud of secrecy over news surrounding this and similar encounters.
