Is that Jean Jacket from ‘Nope’? A bizarre, UFO-like cloud formed over a city in Turkey on January 19. According to locals, the formation appeared for approx 1 hour before dissipating.
Per Reuters, Turkish meteorological experts say the phenomenon ‘was an example of lens clouds which are generally formed as a result of strong wind fluctuations over hills and mountains.’
