Welcome to Movie Shortens. Ten years earlier, extraterrestrial reptilian- like aliens invaded earth. First invading Mexico ( prequel: Monsters), then the USA. Millions now exist. Four good friends from Detroit enlist in the army to be deployed to the middle east, where the monsters thrive. Local insurgents attack the soldiers, trying to stop the killing of the alien monsters, and for good reasons. With both terrorists and the aliens to fight, this team along with their dedicated sergeants encounter grave threats and battles. In this desolate and decimated landscape there is a thin line between who are friends and who are really the enemies.
