🍜HỦ TIẾU: Boil the hu tieu noodles in the water for five minutes. Add liver, heart, pork meat cuts, and intestines. Pour in the meat sauce and add sugar.

4. BÁNH TẰM NOODLE

🍜BÁNH TẰM NOODLE: Soak the rice and grind rice into liquid. Put the liquid rice into the pot and boil it, stir continuously so it won’t stick into the pot. Remove from the pot and knead it. Take a small portion of dough and add oil + honey. Roll into small strings and steam the noodles for 20 minutes.
