“Today(10/3/2017) it was observed at about 19:00 from the beach in the Karolino-Bugaz area (Zatoka). It hung for a long time. It appeared and disappeared. Most of all, it was struck that a single object flew up to the general group at high speed from the left and was attached to it. Helicopters cannot fly that fast. Airplanes cannot hang in one place so much. Several times a single object separated from the group and vertically descended.
