Witness description:
“Testing drone rescue tool while pointing it skyward I see a silver reflective object stationary in the sky. Took 20 mins to reach other end. Object hovered in the sky in one place for five minutes. It moved across the sky, very slowly took 20 minutes to reach nearly the other side of the sky on the northeastern pattern. It was very reflective sphere shaped.”
