Witness description:
“Sorry for poor quality. Noticed white tic tac shaped object floating from SE to NW. Thought possible balloon or trash bag, but object appeared solid and larger. Did not see any markings, lights, or windows, made no noise, and left in the blink of an eye. I have submitted other videos, while going through my files, now this may sound crazy BUT; I realized there’s typically a rainbow or random rainbow spot in the sky either before or after. I’m usually taking a picture of the rainbows or the oddly low close and super puffy clouds when I notice a craft.”
