Witness description:
“Noticed strange light which seemed stationary in sky. Flew way lower than plane.
Noticed this strange light in the sky while in vehicle. Thought it was stationary until it moved in perspective. Seems like it was flying about the height of a cellphone or internet tower. I drove past it, it looked comparable to a gas burn off station. Seemed to be flickering. Parked and watched it travel rather slowly across the sky.”
