Witness description:
“I testify for a friend (the one who filmed) because he fears being ridiculed.
On August 10, 2018 he was in Caluire (Lyon) and was caught driving his car, when his eyes were drawn to the sky by strange lights. They appeared gradually, slowly evolved into a “dead leaf” and disappeared. According to him, the completely silent observation only lasted a few short tens of seconds, as evidenced by the videos.
According to his testimony several people were staring at the sky trying to understand what they were seeing.”
