Witness description:
“Witnessed a strange light in the sky. No cloud cover. Clear night. Observed from Hard Rock resort in the Maya Rivera on Feb. 27, 2023. No object could be seen, only a light that seemed to be like a spotlight split in two directions downward and what seemed to look like a spotlight in front of the direction of travel that cast a shadow of light like you would see in a fog, except that there were no clouds in the sky. It was totally a clear evening. No noise and it travelled at the speed of an air balloon but against the direction of the wind. It travelled out over the ocean then disappeared. It did not change shape or change direction but travelled at steady speed and direction. No pulsating lights.”
