Witness description:
“On Sunday, July 30, 2017 around 19:45 hours, husband and wife was outside playing fetch with four dogs when husband noticed a craft come into view traveling west. Craft had no wings and appeared to be a disc with a dome. Craft was emitting bright white light around craft. This is the second sighting of this craft. The first sighting was on July 16, 2017 on a Sunday and a picture was obtained as craft was transitioning out of view craft was traveling very fast that day 500-600mph. On the 30th the craft initially traveled west then made an abrupt turn to the south until out of view. It was estimated that the craft was traveling 100-300mph at 4000 feet agl. Wife recorded photos and video that reveal a disc shaped craft with a dome. Video has been slowed up to 1/2 speed to compensate for shaking.”
