Witness description:
“In the evening of August 16th in 2021 we saw an UFO over the coast of Dunkirk, France. There were 2 parallel vertical short lines with a weird round glowing or kind of a disc around or behind it. In the video you can only see the 2 small lines but just before I started filming I zoomed in with the photomode (which goes a bit closer) and we could see the weird shape around the 2 lines. I forgot to take a photo because I was so confused and just started filming. Then it just disappeared and did not show up again.”
