Witness description:
“On January 12, at 11:44 pm I saw a rectangular UFO with three rows of lights underneath (yellow, red, white). The UFO was stationary and silent. At 11:45pm the UFO faded and appeared over the right side of the building. The video shows the UFO appearing over the building, and around 1:38 minutes in you can see the second UFO appear right over the building with the same light and color scheme and then slowly fade. The video then shows the first UFO fading immediately.”
