Witness description:
“I was looking up at the evening sky and saw what I thought was a satellite moving near the first visible planet of the evening (I am unsure which planet). There was light, intermittent cloud cover as the moon was lower in the sky and obscured by the clouds, however its light was visible. I noticed the object dim and then brighten very rapidly and change direction erratically. Its speed kept changing as it moved near the visible sky around the stationary planet nearest the tree.”
