Witness description:
“My girlfriend spotted what looked like a bright planet through the window. I started recording outside with my phone as it slowly moved across the sky for about eight minutes below cloud cover. It changed direction slightly then slowed down. At eight and a half minutes a ball of light ejected from the object. This happens again at least once as I lost the object behind a tree line. I captured it on video for 11 mins total.”
