Witness description:
“During a routine security patrol at a school, I look up to the sky and see what looked like a cigar shaped cloud silently “flying”.
I saw the object north of my position towards a place called “Turtle Rock” traveling Eastbound. I recorded an eight second video from my phone of the object, but lost visual once it disappeared behind the trees over the hill. Note that it was a clear sunny day, no clouds in sight.”
