Witness description:
“It had a spiral around it.
I was driving to work today I was nearly there when out the driver side window I saw a bright light encircled with a spiral. I stopped the truck and started taking video. I then put the truck in drive because a logging truck was coming and drove while filming. The object was travelling slowly northeast until it stopped. The light went out and shortly after the spiral vanished.”
