Witness description:
“Blimp like object over the ocean. Black/great in color.
Walking along the beach and I noticed a floating ship of sorts off of the coastline about 500-1000 yards out. It was a slowly moving southbound. It had a blimp shape. Oval but no obvious blimp features. Carriage, tail, etc.
It did nothing other than float gently south. I have lived here my whole life and have never seen such a craft over the ocean, so far out and at such a low altitude. It had no lights and no discernible markings.”
