This UFO sighting was filmed in Villa Nevarez in San Juan, Puerto Rico by Ricardo Velez.
Witness description:
“From my door I stared at it for several minutes… and it was blue… and I looked for the phone and started recording and suddenly the thing on the left appeared… and it was right in the middle of the metropolitan area and nothing or nobody reported this, I also ruled out the drone theory since I have one and that area is restricted by the FAA to the right is the Luis Munoz Marin airport… in Puerto Rico.”
