Witness description:
“Saw red orange dot above tree around 5:20. Thought it was possible plane. But landing pattern and location of light seemed odd. Got my dog to walk. Light did not move. Still above tree. Kept seeing lightning behind the clouds. The red light appeared to be in front of clouds. I also captured a short video when it started moving away. Then slowly went behind the clouds. And it started raining shortly after.”
