Witness description:
“A blue beam started to do almost a figure 8 pattern and ended shining on our car and lit the entire car. My son was videoing because he wanted to catch lightening which was hitting the road in front of us. The rain and wind was so bad I had to call my wife to see if a tornado was reported. After reviewing the video we saw a blue beam coming from the sky and ending on the car.”
