Witness description:
“I was cutting my grass and noticed a bright object high in the sky hovering in the northwest. The sky was clear and very bright and this object was shining like a star during the day. I took a video but it was tough to follow because it was so bright out. In the video a plane flew past it just above and you can see the difference in shape and brightness on the video. The object was much clearer to the naked eye. The object slowly moved from the northwest then to the southeast stopping several times and hovering. The object also appeared to be rotating in the opposite direction that it was moving. The object was viewable to me for about 15 minutes and then disappeared. I did take some video of the object, it was tough to focus my iPhone on the object in the bright sunlight.”
