Witness description:
“A white orb, that appeared to be above all clouds in the area, was moving southeast to northwest. It was moving like a satellite, not very fast. It was still daylight at the time and the orb was noticeable. Thought it was a satellite until the object stopped moving. I took 2 videos on my cell phone, one video shows an airplane and then pans up to the orb. The orb stopped and stayed stationary for around 10 minutes. I grabbed my telescope and as I was getting it in focus, a large patch of clouds rolled through and covered up the object/blocked view. The clouds went away after 20 minutes or so and the orb was no longer visible.”
