Witness description:
“Noticed a bright light in the east during a sunny day with light clouds about 2pm. Does not move. Saw a high-flying plane fly near my view point of the object which was clearly a plane and left contrails. This object looks nothing like a plane. I looked at my star map and Saturn would be near this area. I got out my telescope but what I saw looks nothing like Saturn. I changed out adapters to see if was a problem with them but it always looks the same. A silver disc semi transparent with lights or bright areas spaced out evenly along the edges. I am not sure what I am seeing”.
