Witness Description:
“A light in the sky that changed from white to red. Went in a straight line then moved backwards a couple of times. Hovered at times too. Only got short video, thought it would disappear when I got phone to video it but managed to get a bit of it. Saw it from my flat window. This is the second time I saw this, I saw it first in April but did not get video.”
