UFO with some kind of weird force field around it. Miles City, Montana.

Witness description:
“I saw a bright shimmering light in the sky. I zoomed in with my phone camera and took a picture. Then I made a short 34 second video of it. Looked to be rotating or spinning or an object orbiting it. It was stationary in the sky and just hovered in the same spot”.
